Professional MBA (PMBA) offered by Netherlands Maritime University College Centre of Professional Development (NMUC-CPD) is a non-MQA professional development programme designed for professionals who wish to develop their leadership skills while they continue to advance their current careers. PMBA upholds high professional standards and follow a business oriented and practical approach. PMBA is approved by the University Senate
Duration
8 Month
Assessment Method
Rather than fretting about exams, participants will be assessed exclusively through assignments (100% assignment-based)
Entry Requirements
Diploma with minimum 5 years management experience OR Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 3 years management experience
Any other qualifications with working experience approved by the University Senate
Proficiency in English
Recognition of Prior Experiential Learning (RPEL)
Participants can be awarded the PMBA through the evaluation and assessment of prior experiential learning towards the programme. Recognition of Prior Experiential Learning (RPEL). In some cases, only exemptions will be given. Participants must have a minimum of 15 years of management experience in relevant field. A comprehensive portfolio assessment and panel interview will be conducted respectively.
