NMUC Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET)
Netherlands Maritime University College (NMUC) introduces Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) programs tailored for individuals aged 15-25. These programs fall under the purview of The Skills Development Department (JPK), formerly known as the National Vocational Training Council (MLVK), a department established on May 2, 1989, through the restructuring of the National Craft Training and Certification Board (LLPPKK), dating back to 1971.
Following the enactment of the National Skills Development Act 2006 (Act 652) on September 1, 2006, MLVK underwent a name change to JPK. NMUC proudly operates as an Accredited Center for TVET programs, authorized by JPK to deliver skills training and confer Malaysian Skills Certification in specific fields and skill levels based on the National Occupational Skills Standards (NOSS).
The three dynamic programs offered by NMUC are:
1. Diploma in Secretaryship
2. Diploma in Office Administration
3. Diploma in Creative Multimedia
