On 25th June 2024, the Netherlands Maritime University College (NMUC) hosted a “Personal Grooming for Staff” training session during the National Training Week (NTW). The event, held from 9 AM to 11 AM in Classroom 7.09, focused on enhancing staff’s self-presentation and professional appearance.
The training aimed to maintain cleanliness, practice proper personal hygiene, and develop grooming routines to boost self-confidence and professionalism. Conducted in a physical mode, the session provided hands-on experience and direct interaction with trainers Mr. Mohd Amir Adziim Bin Mohd Shah and Mdm. Nur Hidayah Binti Alias.
Organized by the Academic Department, the training emphasized the importance of a polished and well-groomed appearance. Participants appreciated the practical tips and interactive nature of the session, finding the guidance immediately applicable and beneficial.
