ROV PILOT TECHNICIAN

LEVEL 1 & 2 COURSE (in combination with high voltage and fiber optic)

LEVEL 1 & 2 COURSE (in combination with high voltage and fiber optic)

COURSE OVERVIEW

ROVs are widely used in the oil and gas and marine sectors to accomplish tasks in underwater environments that are often too deep or too dangerous for human divers. ROVs are nothing without its pilots. An ROV pilot technician handles the operation, maintenance and repair of an ROV and its systems.

NMUC’s ROV Pilot Technician Level 1 and 2 course is a comprehensive training programme to develop future ROV pivot technician that are skilful, competent and market ready. The course is structured and delivered through a combination of theory and hands-on exercises with focus on the practical elements of training, providing all the skills required by the industry.

The objective of this programme is to equip participants with the optimum attitude, knowledge and skills to perform duty and task effectively and efficiently according to the best practice of international standards so that they are able to establish mastery roadmap over the domain of underwater robotic works in conjunction to the offshore project requirement.
