Foundation In Business programme is structured to prepare students for careers in the various disciplines of the competitive field of business, students could obtain many of the administrative and business skills. The objective of the designed programme focusses to meet the academic standard and achieve the world class programme to enable students to further studies in bachelor programme offered locally and overseas.

This programme, Foundation In Business will focus on preparing you for professional careers and to further your study to Bachelor Degree in the related field. In addition, the programme also adopt comprehensive and innovative content and teaching techniques, which are designed towards expanding the frontiers of learning and inculcating a probing mind. Students will also be challenged to develop into multi-skilled professionals possessing mental, intellectual and emotional fortitude to succeed in life.

Assessment for Foundation In Business programme is assessed through assignments, presentations, quiz, test (coursework) and other forms of classroom participation and written examination. 
Key career skills: Business inclination, good communication skill, good report writing ability, problem solving, presentation, project management, teamwork, decision making and willingness to learn.

After the programme is offered, the evaluation results will be expressed in percentage showing the achievement of Programme Objectives. If the score of any Programme Objective is lower than 50%, i.e. programme objective has not been achieved, then all the members of the academic staff as well as industrial advisors in CDC meetings will determine the reasons for such a poor achievement and propose appropriate measures to improve the programme so that satisfactory achievement of the programme objectives can be realized.
