Notably, Mr. Umul Ilham Edwin stood as the sole representative from the private institutions sector, representing NMUC as the distinguished Orator in the esteemed National Language and Art Festival held at UTHM from May 18th to May 19th, 2023.

This prestigious event witnessed the participation of a total of 14 universities, comprising 11 distinguished public universities, 1 esteemed state government university, and 2 renowned private universities. In the qualifying round, our talented representatives faced a formidable challenge from the 14 universities, surpassing each hurdle to advance to the semi-final round alongside 10 other exceptional institutions. As the competition intensified, the momentum surged higher, culminating in an exhilarating final round where only 5 universities emerged as the distinguished finalists.
